About the Job
Responsibilities:
Prepare tax returns for
corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, and individuals
.
Prepare estate and non-for-profit organization tax return.
Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses).
Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
Correspond with clients on bookkeeping issues via email or phone.
Review financial reports for proper classification of income expense, assets and liability.
Assistant bookkeepers with bookkeeping and tax filing preparation.
Qualifications:
3 plus
years
of hands-on experience in tax preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Experience with tax and accounting software (CCH Axcess, QuickBooks).
