Responsibilities:

Four years of tax preparation experience.
Four years of QuickBooks experience.
Prepare individual and business tax returns.
Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses).
Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
Correspond with clients on bookkeeping issues via email or phone.
Review financial reports for proper classification of income expense, assets and liability.
Assistant bookkeepers with bookkeeping and tax filing preparation.
Support workflow system and maintain website clients' communication.
