Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze client financial reports to provide strategic insights and growth recommendations.
Prepare and review tax returns for corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, and individuals.
Supervise, train, and review the work of junior tax preparers.
Support bookkeepers with accounting entries and financial statement accuracy.
Establish and maintain workflow systems to track the status of all tax returns and ensure timely filing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying tax-saving opportunities and long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications:

CPA license (active and in good standing).
7 plus years of hands-on experience in tax preparation and review.
Strong understanding of corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple client engagements.
Experience with tax and accounting software (CCH Axcess, QuickBooks).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think like a CFO and help clients grow.
